Rolling Ranch Road Association

Carlson / Rolling Ranch Fire Gate Updated

Through a volunteer effort, the gate has been painted and cleared. The fire department should be happy with us now! Take a walk down the road and check it out!

We are constantly working to keep our signs straight, readable and attractive. If you have any signage suggestion, talk to your favorite Advisory Council person and they will bring attention to your request.

In the coming weeks we will be bringing in more riprap and landscape fabric to stem the erosion that occured last year on Mike & Sue's place, across from Dave's driveway.  We will be organizing a work day if anyone wants to volunteer. More news to follow.

If you would like the latest copy of the Neighborhood contact list, just let Don know. We will not make it available on this web page to protect everyone's privacy. We don't want to have phone numbers, addresses or emails available on the web.

Pat is working diligently to find solutions for fixing the erosion around the culvert. Look for more updates in the near future.

If you did not receive a copy of the Interim Sandbag Plan, let Don know and he can email you another copy.

PG&E has said that we need to maintain 10 ft vegetation clearance around all utility poles. The California Public Resource Code 4292 requires the firebreak and tree limb removal. The road association will be working with individual landowners to work toward having a fire safe neighborhood.
